Your Right To Manage Your Online Digital Access

We acknowledge your decision to opt for the deletion of your digital banking profile. Upholding your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to facilitate this process for you.

Prior to deletion, please be aware that as a regulated industry, we are required by law to retain certain data linked to your digital banking profile for a period of no less than 3 years. Certain data linked to your digital banking profile may be retained for purposes of fraud prevention, security, and compliance, even after the profile has been removed.

Note: This process is to delete your online and mobile banking access only and will not close your SCCU accounts.

To proceed with the removal of your digital banking profile by email:

1. Send us an email using the email address associated with your digital banking profile.
2. In the subject line, please write: “Request to delete my digital banking profile”.
3. In the body of the email, include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Email and phone number
  • Reason for deleting your digital banking profile (optional)

4. Send your email to memberservices@sccu.net

To proceed with the removal of your digital banking profile by phone:

1. Contact us at 509-325-7228
2. Request assistance to delete your digital banking profile

Please note, cancellation of any Bill Pay Payments or Automatic Payments created within online banking are the member’s responsibility to cancel.

Our team will promptly process your request and ensure the secure deletion of your digital banking profile. Please note that upon deletion, access to digital banking services associated with the profile will cease unless re-registered.
